2. Subscription & Payment

  • All subscription payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
  • Prices are listed in PKR and may include applicable taxes as per Pakistani law.
  • We accept payments through verified methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash).
  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver within Pakistan and internationally (subject to location-specific shipping charges).
  • Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Excellence Pakistan is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs clearance for international deliveries.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of curated subscription boxes, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the box, with photo evidence sent to support@excellencepakistan.com.
  • Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

5. Product Authenticity

  • All items in our boxes are handcrafted and may vary slightly in design and size.
  • We ensure all products are ethically sourced and culturally authentic, supporting local artisans across Pakistan.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose under the laws of Pakistan, including but not limited to:

  • Fraud
  • Copyright infringement
  • Disseminating offensive or false information

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal data is collected, stored, and used in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Bill of Pakistan.
  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

8. Intellectual Property
